Description
High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula and color accuracy superior to other brands in the market. Flows smoothly in an airbrush, adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products. May be diluted with AK701/AK702 High Compability Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints. Used for painting upper surface disruptive camouflage of Luftwaffe aircraft operating in North Africa and Mediterranean area. introduced around the spring of 1941. Applied at depot or unit level. A good match to FS 34096 Green, one of the upper surface colors in the camouflage scheme used by the Czech Air Force from the 1990s until today (Mi-2, Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-24, W-3, AH-1Z, UH-1Y, L-410, C-295M).
